Mine was an open safety recall from 10 years ago so I really wasn't expecting anything but they put in for the parts and they were back ordered and probably not going to be available but they searched and found them at another dealer. Most dealers wouldn't have put in the effort or followed up.

Conner at the service desk was really respectful and professional. Sometimes service people can be very condescending to women but he was not and I was really pleased with how I was treated. He got my tires and wheels back to Logan who did a very efficient and thorough job. I think both those guys deserve raises. Top notch customer service. I have had other service done here before and this experience was way better, I will request these guys the next time I need something done.

Traveling through Colorado rolled the bike out of the toyhsuler to find a big screw in the flat rear tire. HD would not sell me a mismatched tire which is BS but did refer me to trinity. I arrived about 10:30 am on a Saturday. The service manager was amazing she worked me in and got me back on two wheels didn't hurt that she is beautiful as well. I would recommend Tro City for all your cycle needs no matter what You ride

Tri-City Cycle service depart is outstanding. Blew out the final drive on my Goldwing 2000 miles from home and they fixed it in two days at a super price. The entire shop treated me like a local long term customer. These guys went above and beyond normal effort to get me back on the road.

I worked with Dylan on purchasing my 2018 Yamaha MT07. He was very helpful and showed me different options that were close to my price range that I was looking at. This was my first bike and I wasn't sure what I wanted. I tried out a couple of R6s a few years ago but wasn't sure what I wanted. They worked with me and got me a great bike for the price I wanted and tightened up the chain for no cost after i put a couple hundred miles on it. I will use these guys for bike purchases in the future and will highly recommend them to others. Staff is super helpful and they are easy to work with.

Came in today to look at a couple of used bikes I was interested in, after looking around for a few minutes a young man (Michael Oliver) came out and greeted my wife and I, showed me only the bikes I was interested in. I test drove two out of three and in less than an hour I rode home on the bike I wanted. Great experience!!!!

GREAT experience! We bought a used motorcycle there and when the shop did its "final inspection" they found it was running rough so reworked the carbs at NO CHARGE to us. The transaction was already complete/our check had cleared but said they did it for "ethical reasons". Finally! A business with ethics. Would recommend highly!

"When I decided to buy a new bike this year I wanted to ride as many bikes as I could to make sure I knew what I was looking for. I was pretty sure I wanted a cruiser, but wasnt sure on the size, make, etc. I had been to 4 or 5 other places that seemed uninterested in letting me figure out what I wanted. My husband took me shopping at TriCity and we met my new found hero,Eric. Eric pulled out every cruiser I wanted to try without ever pressuring me or getting frustrated. By the end of that day, I had ridden (and Eric had pushed) a lot of bikes without me showing real interest in even one. The day wasnt a complete loss as Eric helped my husband find his dream bike. Eric even brought it to him the next week as it was snowing the day he bought it. I went back several weeks later wanting to ride more bikes. Eric again was willing to pull anything out and let me ride it. When I got back from my first ride of the day, on a cruiser, I said I think Im changing my mind . I told Eric I wanted to try something totally different. Eric took me to a Honda ST1300 and despite the fact that it was opposite in almost every way from what I had originally asked for, he let me ride it....and ride it....and ride it....and talk about it....and think about it....and ride it. All along the way never making me feel rushed and giving me time to make sure it was what I wanted. Im very happy with my bike - its hot :). Touring the U.S. and limped into Fort Collins with two very worn out tires on my old BMW K75RT. Called a number of dealers and Tri City were the only one that had what I needed. John did a nice job installing them and sent me on my way.
